Now Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is partnering with a welcoming school district in Merced, CA to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative educational environment while helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Position Details

• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
• On-Site
• K-12 Caseload (placement determined based on district needs)
• Zoom interviews available

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate students with speech and language disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and student progress discussions

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Previous school experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
