Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Current or eligible SLP-CCC or completion of CFY
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Ability to deliver services both onsite and via teletherapy if needed
  • Connecticut state licensure or eligibility
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering growth and inclusion for all students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse elementary caseload, delivering flexible, individualized therapy
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track progress for each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
  • Document all sessions and communicate regularly with stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development
  • Provide services through both in-person and virtual platforms as required
