This rewarding contract opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering impactful speech-language services in a supportive educational environment. We are seeking 2 skilled SLPAs for full-time roles working with dedicated teams and students in the Manchester and Bloomfield areas.

Begin as soon as possible and continue through mid-June, supporting communication and learning across two school campuses. The Manchester campus focuses on K-5 learners, while the Bloomfield campus serves students grades 6-12. With manageable caseloads of 5-7 students per site and weekly schedules ranging from 30 to 40 hours, you will have the time and resources to make a real difference.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLPA credential, with experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPs, educators, and families
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Experience serving diverse student populations in K-5 and/or 6-12 grade bands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services under SLP supervision
  • Support the implementation of IEP goals and strategies
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with screenings, assessments, and data collection
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech interventions into the classroom
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students
