Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting elementary students in an onsite, full-time setting. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative school environment. With two positions available, you’ll join a supportive team focused on fostering student growth and communication skills. Candidates with their CCCs are especially sought after, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) with a provided supervisor will also be considered. Please note: SLPAs are not being accepted for this opportunity.

What you bring:

  • Active Connecticut SLP license (upfront documentation preferred)
  • School-based experience delivering SLP services in educational settings
  • Eligibility to meet district fingerprinting and background check requirements
  • Strong preference for CCCs; open to CFs (with available supervision)
  • Flexibility to split duties between two elementary school sites as needed
  • Commitment to high professional standards and collaborative teamwork
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct SLP services to a diverse elementary caseload
  • Develop and implement IEP-based intervention plans and evaluations
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance tasks in line with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and utilize technology for case management and virtual interviews (Zoom)
