Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with a variety of therapy techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred with speech, language, or communication concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Maintain thorough documentation of progress, sessions, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
