Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly desired
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Compassion and adaptability to work with students of various ages and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in team meetings
  • Document student progress and maintain compliant records
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Support students with varying needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication challenges
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions as needed
