Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience in school settings strongly desired
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Compassion and adaptability to work with students of various ages and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in team meetings
- Document student progress and maintain compliant records
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Support students with varying needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication challenges
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions as needed
