Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Active state licensure appropriate for school-based practice
- Prior experience providing SLP services in schools, particularly with pediatric populations
- Strong proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and students in a virtual setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to students through a virtual/teletherapy model
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, staff consultations, and relevant professional development
