Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure and certification to practice as an SLP in Indiana
  • Prior experience or clinical placements within K-12 school settings preferred
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and provide speech-language therapy to students
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and educational staff
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads efficiently
  • Dedication to providing evidence-based intervention and supporting student success

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve developmental milestones
