Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Indiana state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong communication skills with a passion for helping students achieve their best
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students’ unique needs
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy to support student academic and social success
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate strategies into the classroom
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer ongoing support to students, families, and faculty
