Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate
• Previous school experience is valued, but new graduates enthusiastic about working with young learners are encouraged
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster communication skills to help students succeed inside and outside the classroom
