Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate
- Previous school experience is valued, but new graduates enthusiastic about working with young learners are encouraged
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster communication skills to help students succeed inside and outside the classroom
