Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Indiana state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for helping students achieve their best
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students’ unique needs
  • Provide direct, evidence-based therapy to support student academic and social success
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate strategies into the classroom
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer ongoing support to students, families, and faculty
