Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Indiana state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• SLP-CCC certification preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for working with children
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of students with varying communication needs
• Assess, screen, and evaluate students using standardized assessment tools
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in accordance with school and state requirements
• Consult and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide support and education to school staff regarding student communication needs
