Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CCC-SLP certification
• Current state licensure (or eligibility prior to start)
• Previous experience serving K-12 students in a school-based setting
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to create individualized and group therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Solid understanding of IEP procedures and educational documentation

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals and IEP requirements
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with educational staff
• Partner with teachers and families, offering resources and strategies for student success in and out of the classroom
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress to ensure measurable student growth
