Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification
  • Experience in school settings is advantageous but not required; clinical fellows welcome
  • Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with pediatric populations, teletherapy delivery models, or both
  • Experience with SLPA supervision or collaboration
  • Interest in developing dynamic, individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language and communication disorders in students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—on-site or via teletherapy, as needed
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Support educational staff through consultation and relevant training
