Qualifications & Preferred Experience

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Arizona
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working in school-based, pediatric, or educational settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication and language disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy in group or one-on-one settings
  • Maintain detailed records and document progress according to school and district policies
  • Partner with teachers and support staff to facilitate academic and social success for students
  • Communicate clearly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
