This in-person contract position offers the chance to support students' communication and academic success while working as part of a collaborative educational team. The Director is prepared to interview on Tuesday, June 23rd, or Wednesday, June 24th, creating a streamlined process for qualified applicants to secure their next position!
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state license and SLP-CCC or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-age populations (K-12)
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven therapy
- School-based experience as an SLP or SLPA is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students in K-12
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in person within the school environment
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide comprehensive documentation
- Mentor or supervise SLPAs as appropriate
