Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mesquite, Texas

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or equivalent for SLP/CFYs)
• Active or eligible state licensure for SLPs or SLPAs
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal-writing, and progress monitoring
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to K-12 students
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy sessions
• Develop and implement IEPs and relevant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
