You'll provide essential services from September 14th through November 30th, working full-time onsite with a caseload of 50-60 elementary students.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of speech and language disorders among school-aged children
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning plans
- Commitment to working onsite and supporting students’ progress through evidence-based intervention
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, identify, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy services for elementary students
- Develop and implement IEPs that align with each student’s specific needs and educational goals
- Document student progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Communicate regularly with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to foster student achievement
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as part of the school community
