Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting young learners ages 3-5 with PreK caseloads. This full-time, onsite position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year, offering 37.5 hours per week. You’ll travel to various locations within the district, making a significant difference in the lives of early childhood students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Prior experience in school settings with PreK or early childhood populations
- Ability to work effectively as an itinerant therapist across multiple sites
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to in-person service delivery (no virtual/remote options)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for PreK students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with district standards and timelines
- Provide direct therapy and interventions consistent with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reporting
