Desired Background and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent
• Current certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with school-based SLP services across K–12 (Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12)
• Skilled in individualized and group therapy approaches
• Comfortable engaging in 1:1 interventions, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
• Passion for empowering students with varying needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students, including individual and small group sessions
• Administer assessments and make recommendations for services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s learning goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and support IEP process
• Participate in professional development within the school community
