Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Skilled in conducting assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and maintaining detailed documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in both 1:1 and group settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten to high school
  • Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students requiring services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Keep thorough and compliant records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Guide and counsel teachers and families on effective communication strategies
