Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility in process)
  • Previous experience providing speech and language therapy in educational settings, particularly for Pre-K students, is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills with children, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and deliver effective therapy services tailored to Pre-K students’ needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to set goals, develop strategies, and monitor student progress
  • Document and report on therapy sessions, maintaining required compliance and best practice in all paperwork
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Foster engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
