Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP License
- Massachusetts Department of Education certification required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- School-based SLP experience preferred

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insight regarding student progress
- Remain current on best practices and state regulations related to school-based speech-language pathology
