What You'll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working in school settings is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Develop and maintain appropriate therapy documentation and reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
  • Use creative and evidence-based techniques to engage students across various age groups
  • Support and educate staff and families on student communication strategies
