School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Middleburg, Florida

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active Florida DOH SLP license (required)
• Experience supporting school-age children with mild to moderate needs; exposure to more complex populations a plus
• Ability to adapt and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to be assigned to one campus for the duration of the school year
• Completion of required fingerprinting and credentialing processes in accordance with state and district guidelines

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing direct speech and language therapy to students (estimated caseload of 60, subject to change)
• Conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with teaching staff and families
• Maintaining accurate and timely records and documentation
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary discussions
• Delivering services in an inclusive, culturally responsive manner
