Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Previous experience working in school settings is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Comfort with assessment, development of IEP goals, and implementation of intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, adapting techniques to their unique needs
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support generalization of skills across environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and therapy sessions in accordance with district policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success
