Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• School-based SLP experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Comfort working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students with varying needs, individual and group settings
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide detailed reports
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support classroom success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing effective educational strategies
• Educate school staff and families about speech-language disorders, strategies, and resources
