Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Middletown, Delaware

Key Qualifications:

• Current Delaware (DE) SLP license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes, best practices in assessment, and individualized intervention
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in preschool and elementary settings
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP development
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain compliance records
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
• Deliver teletherapy sessions as needed
