Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates welcome
- State licensure (or eligibility) in speech-language pathology for the assignment location
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, teletherapy, or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong collaborative communication skills for working with educators, families, and support staff
- SLPA candidates must have completed an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program and possess appropriate licensure
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to advocate for students’ needs
- Complete evaluations, attend IEP meetings, and contribute to educational planning
- Deliver therapy via face-to-face and/or teletherapy modalities based on student needs
- Provide supportive guidance and mentorship for CFYs and SLPAs in the school setting
