This role focuses on providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive school-based environment with opportunities for in-person and teletherapy collaboration. Working with a diverse caseload, you’ll help students reach their full potential by addressing speech, language, and communication challenges.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates welcome
  • State licensure (or eligibility) in speech-language pathology for the assignment location
  • Previous experience in school, pediatric, teletherapy, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Strong collaborative communication skills for working with educators, families, and support staff
  • SLPA candidates must have completed an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program and possess appropriate licensure
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to advocate for students’ needs
  • Complete evaluations, attend IEP meetings, and contribute to educational planning
  • Deliver therapy via face-to-face and/or teletherapy modalities based on student needs
  • Provide supportive guidance and mentorship for CFYs and SLPAs in the school setting
