Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (required for SLP roles)
• Valid state license or eligibility to obtain (SLP or SLPA licensure per role requirements)

• Familiarity with school-based services and IEP procedures highly desirable
• Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with school teams
• Maintain accurate therapy records and documentation to comply with school and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress and generalization of speech goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
• Deliver services on-site or via teletherapy, depending on assignment needs
