Speech Language Pathologist in Middletown, DE

What We’re Looking For:

• Active SLP license in the state of Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to provide therapy, assessments, and support IEP development in a school setting
• Organizational skills for managing caseloads and maintaining documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to varied communication needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participate in IEP meetings
