Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) encouraged, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
- Prior experience in school settings is a plus, but all qualified applicants will be considered

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, tailored to their individual education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop/review IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and therapy sessions
- Engage with teachers, parents, and staff, providing progress updates and strategies for ongoing support
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as required
- Encourage a nurturing and positive learning atmosphere, fostering student growth and confidence
