Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Middletown, DE

This full-time contract opportunity calls for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates eager to make an impact in the educational journey of children and young adults. With multiple openings available, you’ll serve primarily preschool and elementary students, but may work with individuals up to age 22, offering variety and meaningful engagement across age groups.

You’ll join a supportive onsite team, collaborating closely with educators and families to create a positive environment for children with autism and those with moderate-to-low support needs. The position runs 37.5 hours per week and continues through the Extended School Year (ESY) at 30 hours weekly, with opportunities continuing into the 2026–2027 school year. Your expertise will play a vital part in helping students build confidence and communication skills that will benefit them now and in the future.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure and certification or eligibility (including CFY applicants)
• Experience or strong interest in special education environments, especially with autism or developmental needs
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose communication disorders and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
