Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; strong CF applicants considered
- Previous experience in a school setting desired, but not required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational abilities and compassionate approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
