Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active SLP license for the state of Delaware (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and tailor therapy plans to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Provide direct and indirect services across a range of ages and abilities
  • Offer consultative support to classroom staff and caregivers
