You’ll make a significant impact supporting a caseload of 34 elementary-age students on the autism spectrum, helping them overcome communication challenges and succeed both academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Experience supporting students on the autism spectrum strongly desired
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify communication needs
  • Deliver targeted intervention services in group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social growth
  • Document progress and ensure compliance with IEP goals and legal requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and consultations
