Speech Language Pathologist in Midland, GA

This contract opportunity runs through May 21st, 2027, offering flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules (up to 37.5 hours per week) to fit your needs. Caseloads will be tailored according to your experience and the specific needs of the district, ensuring you’ll work where your skills leave the greatest impact. Candidates must be able to work in person; this is not a remote/virtual role.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current Georgia state SLP license
• GaPSC Educator Certification
• SLPs holding their CCC or in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
• School-based SLP experience is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working onsite exclusively (no telepractice/remote arrangements for this position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills within a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct therapy and collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state standards
• Engage positively with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, as assigned
