High School Licensed School Speech Language Pathologist - Midland, NC

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current SLP certification
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings, serving K-12 students
• Skilled in providing direct intervention for elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Experience conducting both group and individualized (1:1) therapy
• Solid communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on student needs
• Collaborative spirit, comfortable working alongside teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across grade levels as assigned
• Offer 1:1 and small group interventions to address diverse communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to eligibility meetings
• Provide consultative support to educators and families to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district guidelines
• Engage in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities
