Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist this fall. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior school-based experience serving K-12 populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of evaluation and therapy techniques for diverse communication needs
- Comfortable working with students across a wide range of abilities and age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support holistic student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and consultations, contributing expertise to student teams
- Foster an inclusive, empathetic environment that supports students’ educational growth
