Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Illinois
• Recent experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 high school students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy for students grades 9-12
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Develop, review, and update IEPs and 504 plans
• Maintain documentation and progress records compliant with state/federal guidelines
