Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Ability to supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver diagnostic and therapy services to a diverse student population
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans/goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Supervise and assist the assigned SLPA, ensuring quality care and adherence to best practices
