Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
• Prior experience with K-12 school populations preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of speech/language development, intervention strategies, and IEP processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to varied student needs and build rapport across age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a mixed K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement personalized IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and Medicaid billing as needed
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adjusting approaches to maximize student growth
