Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, although motivated CFs are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple student needs and grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among K-12 students
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and track progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
  • Attend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Maintain detailed, compliant records and ongoing documentation
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions to promote student successes
