School Speech Language Pathologist - Midlothian, Virginia

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are welcome
• Experience with diverse caseloads and ages in school settings a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert insights and recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student success
