Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) certification
• State SLP licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility upon start)
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to adapt to various caseloads and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Up-to-date clearances as required by Pennsylvania educational guidelines

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students according to IEPs
• Conduct assessments and assist in determining service needs and progress
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the holistic development of each student
• Flexibly support assignments as needs are finalized post-interview
