Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) certification
- State SLP licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility upon start)
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to adapt to various caseloads and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Up-to-date clearances as required by Pennsylvania educational guidelines
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students according to IEPs
- Conduct assessments and assist in determining service needs and progress
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the holistic development of each student
- Flexibly support assignments as needs are finalized post-interview
