Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Milan, NH

As part of this role, you will:

• Provide direct pediatric speech-language therapy services to students in a school-based environment
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
• Supervise and mentor two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), fostering their professional growth
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Contribute your expertise to help create inclusive and effective communication strategies within the school community

Qualifications and preferred experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in New Hampshire
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are both encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
• Comfortable conducting evaluations and supervising SLPAs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
