Located near Milan, TN, this full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy services directly within the educational environment. You'll collaborate with school teams, engage with students, and work toward meaningful progress throughout the school year.

Ideal candidates are ready to work onsite in a school setting (no SLPAs). Candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are both welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC or eligible/participating in CFY
• Recent experience in K-12 schools or similar pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse school teams and families
• Commitment to working exclusively onsite throughout the full academic year

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload
• Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress clearly
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
