Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Milan, TN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Tennessee (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Recent experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently onsite (SLPA supervision is not required/SLPAs are not part of this role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for a diverse student caseload (specific details available soon)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that align with students’ developmental goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classrooms or designated therapy areas
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress and inclusion
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to eligibility and progress meetings as needed
