Job Type Contract

A full-time, contract position is available for a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) located on-site in Wyoming, DE. This role requires an active Delaware licensure/certification and involves providing direct therapy services within a school setting during the 26/27 school year, Monday through Friday, for 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to students
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Attend and participate in IEP and other related meetings
  • Collect and maintain progress monitoring data
  • Document therapy notes accurately using Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP software

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Delaware state licensure/certification as an SLP (no SLPAs considered at this time)
  • Experience in school-based speech therapy services
  • Proficient in conducting evaluations and IEP writing
  • Ability to manage caseload responsibilities efficiently
  • Reliable transportation for on-site work
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Location:

  • This position is based in Wyoming, Delaware, requiring on-site presence during scheduled hours.
