As a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow, you'll play a vital role in supporting students from kindergarten through age 22, including those with moderate to severe disabilities. This full-time contract opportunity near Milford, DE, offers 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic educational setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver impactful speech-language therapy addressing articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, social language, and receptive/expressive language delays
• Implement and support the use of assistive technology and augmentative communication
• Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations, delivering meaningful and thorough reports
• Foster social and communicative growth through IEP development and monitoring
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to support individual student goals
• Contribute insights and expertise for students with varying levels of ability, including those with autism or complex needs

Qualifications:

• Delaware state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain (SLP-CCC or CFY welcomed)
• Experience with moderate to severe disabilities is advantageous
• Skilled communicator and proactive collaborator
