Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations, particularly early childhood (ages 3-5), is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible hours and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication challenges in preschool-aged children
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintaining accurate documentation
- Delivering direct speech therapy services onsite
- Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each child
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, supportive work culture
