Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid CTC credential
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and cultural competence

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Implement data-driven strategies to meet students’ needs and track outcomes
  • Provide both direct and consultative services to students and faculty as required
  • Document interventions, maintain compliance, and ensure confidentiality
