Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or clinical fellowship eligibility)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Compassion for diverse learners and a commitment to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals and needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Monitor, document, and report student progress towards IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student achievement and generalization of skills
• Stay informed of best practices and attend relevant meetings as required
