Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or clinical fellowship eligibility)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Compassion for diverse learners and a commitment to fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals and needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Monitor, document, and report student progress towards IEP goals
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student achievement and generalization of skills
- Stay informed of best practices and attend relevant meetings as required
