Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist Needed | 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in Millbrae, CA to hire a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. Join a collaborative team dedicated to helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive both academically and socially.

Position Details

  • 2026-2027 School Year
  • Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
  • On-Site
  • K-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview)
  • Virtual interviews conducted via Zoom

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations in both English and Spanish
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, interpreters, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support culturally and linguistically diverse students across the school setting

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
