You will benefit from a manageable caseload—never exceeding 60 students—and serve at one or several school sites, depending on the specific position.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current or pending Alabama Educator SLP Certification (information available via the Alabama certification lookup site)
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Ability to provide both therapeutic intervention and evaluations to students in a school setting
  • Experience with school-aged populations preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Adaptability to work across multiple campus locations as needed
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students as assigned
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and document results
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to develop and implement IEPs
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and progress reporting
  • Travel between campuses as required by assigned caseload
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal educational standards
