Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP or eligible)
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to engage students at varying speech and language levels
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students, focusing on both speech-only and secondary populations
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district standards
- Participate in meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
