Speech Language Pathologist in Millers Creek, NC

This position is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials and school-based experience. The placement offers a structured schedule of 24 hours each week, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The assignment begins August 17th, 2026, and continues through June 4th, 2027, providing consistency for both you and the students you serve.

Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy within educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine eligibility and areas of need
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Track progress and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support students’ communication goals
