Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active and current North Carolina SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • School-based SLP experience highly valued
  • Ability to provide evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a school environment
  • Collaborative, flexible team player with excellent communication and organizational skills

Anticipated Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as referred
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
  • Maintain organized and timely records, including progress notes and IEP documentation
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and professionals to support students’ educational success
  • Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed
  • Deliver services across diverse students and grade levels within the district

Role Details:

  • 30 hours per week, scheduled within standard school days
  • Contract runs ASAP through November 11, 2026
