School Speech Language Pathologist - Millinocket, ME

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active SLP license in the state of Maine, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Prior experience or strong interest in school-based speech services
• Capable of completing thorough evaluations and individualized education plan (IEP) documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, effectively managing a diverse caseload
• Complete comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate records for student progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and other required conferences
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for school speech services
• Option to offer services via VOCO teletherapy in addition to traditional in-person therapy, expanding your reach and flexibility
