You’ll work with a caseload of approximately 20 students, delivering essential speech and language evaluations, participating in meetings with IEP teams, and providing both direct and consultative services. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, though not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and educational teams
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing teletherapy or VOCO platforms for service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
  • Maintain timely, organized documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative support to ensure student success
