Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but new graduates with strong internships are welcome
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with K-12 students of varying needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative services, adapting strategies for diverse learning profiles
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and caregivers to support student success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
