What We’re Looking For:

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Texas state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience with K-12 populations in schools is preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ability to adapt to both full-time and part-time roles as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to meet student needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with district, state, and federal requirements
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
